BEAUFORT, SC (WTOC) The controversial healthcare reform bill is moving forward.

This weekend, the U.S. House of Representatives narrowly passed it.

Now it goes to the Senate.Monday, South Carolina congressman Joe Wilson toured Beaufort Memorial Hospital. While taking a look around, he took time out to talk with hospital personnel about the health care plan. He says the bill on the table isn't what the American people need."I'm very concerned that what this will do is interfere with the relationship between doctor and patient," said Congressman Wilson. "I think this is not in the interest of the American people."Wilson also says the bill will eliminate jobs as well. He's encouraging everyone to contact their Senators about their concerns with healthcare reform.    https://www.wtoctv.com/Global/story.asp?s=11473115&clienttype=printable©2009 WTOC.
