"As a father myself, I know their dad would have been so honored to see his daughters walk across the stage."On August 10, 2002, the Patel triplets of Hartsville, South Carolina graduated from USC with degrees in Retailing. Throughout their lives, the girls have devoted their time and love to their family by working alongside their parents at the Lakeview Motel, taking care of their father when he was ill, and attending college via scholarships and financial aid. Their story was featured on the front page of the Metro section in The State newspaper. "These sisters are proof that family pride and heritage are still important today," said Rep. Wilson. "With their perseverance, it's almost certain that they will succeed in whatever path of life they choose." ###
