Wilson Attends National Prayer Breakfast

February 2, 2017

Congressman Joe Wilson (SC-02) issued the following statement after attending the National Prayer Breakfast:

"I was deeply grateful to attend the 65th Annual National Prayer Breakfast. This is a meaningful event that brings Members of Congress and other leaders from around the world to reflect on how our faith shapes our service. I was grateful to be seated with parliamentarians from Algeria, Bosnia, Albania, China, Canada, and Russia.

"The message by Senate Chaplain Barry Black, of South Carolina heritage, and the heartfelt tributes for military families by President Donald Trump should always be cherished. "
