This legislation opens Coverdell Education Savings Accounts to those active-duty military families who wish to use the funds for homeschooling, regardless of the state in which they reside.

Led by Representatives Claudia Tenney (R-NY), Josh Gottheimer (D-NJ), and Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Michael McCaul (R-TX), the resolution passed the House by a vote of 420-1.
